new and a giveaway....
I was so struck with beauty this morning when I walked my daughter to the bus stop. I just had to share....
More wonderful fabric from the Intrepid Thread!! Yummy!!!! I started a project on Saturday, but I may change my original plan, is that okay??
Also on Saturday, dear friends of ours had a new baby boy! Of course I wanted to make a quilt....however if you remember I had already given my baby boy quilt to my nephew, so I put this top together and took it to the quilter - hooray!! I have always wanted to start and finish a top in a day.

giveaway and a flop or two
Today I thought I would share a couple of projects that may never leave finished. Sometimes that happens, and sometimes often!! So this above project I started last Friday. I saw the project on Sew Mama Sew's blog and thought it looked cute, but......now I am not too sure if I will finish it. Any takers??
My other flop of the week - a Stitch in Color idea - not!!! It was a week where the ideas in my head just didn't play out like I planned. This was going to be a cool pillow, at least in my mind!! So off to a new idea.....
